How long do your products work?
For up to three months after the application, any bugs, insects, or other pests that come across the area will be eliminated. You can rest easy knowing we are controlling the bugs so you can focus on what matters most to you.
Do your Pest Pros need to come inside my house for each application?
During your first service for our standard Home Protection Plan (HPP), we treat the inside of your home to help root out any pests inside. We won’t need to treat the inside of your home again unless you specifically request an inside service.
Do you offer free treatments between services if pest activity comes back?
Yes. Each Home Protection Plan (HPP) comes with our Fox Promise. Call our customer service representatives to let us know if pests come back between your regular services, and we will come back to treat the pests again, free of charge.
How often do you come to treat my house?
For the standard Home Protection Plan, we plan to service the outside of your home once every three months.
Do I need to be home in order for you to service my house?
As long as our Pest Pros have full access to your front and back yard, no one needs to be at home if we are doing a standard treatment of the home’s exterior. However, if you specifically request a treatment of the interior of your home, an adult must be present before our Pest Pro can enter.
When should I start pest control?
